If the IAEA wishes to maintain some minimum of credibility, it must treat all nations in a fair and unbiased way. Isreal is well known to posses a substantial arsenal of nuclear weapons as well as an old, broken down reactor at Dimona. Perhaps, both Israel and the IAEA would boost their credibility if Israels nuclear storehouse was opened for IAEA inspection.
