Because that is what Iran currently has. Not a single kilo.
And the IAEA inspects and confirms on a regular basis that Iran`s only production level facility (Natanz) is NOT enriching any weapons grade enriched uranium. This will continue as long as Iran isn`t attacked, and the IAEA is allowed to inspect.
So no, there will not be any Iranian nuke in the near future, unless you can show us your secret plans on how to make nuke weapons without weapon grade enriched uranium.
