| And I also think that Amira Hass cares no less about those Israeli`s hurt and killed by terror. I even think Israel has the right to strike and kill those trying to commit terror by suicide bombs and rockets. But Amira Hass has chosen to remember her own people about the suffering on the other side, which is her way of helping her people. Because, even if you have to kill, you should not loose your humanity and ability to see the tragic on the other side as well, because if you do, then you loose as well. Also I think to be aware of this actually is strong in jewish wisdom and tradition. In my goyim-mind that is what is meant by "Mensch", somebody who can replace him/herself with compassion in the other without putting own interests first and act accordingly. Correct me if i am wrong. I like Jews in general because of this quality to rebel and confront your own group and reject plain stupid hate or indifference. Arabs need an Amira very badly. |
