| Money changers are a devious lot. However they are susposed to operate under certain guidelines, which I am sure does not exist in Palestine. For the rest of the civilized world, we call it money laundering. In Switzerland its a crime punishable by long jail terms. Considering that the Palestinians have received so much money from the EU, Guess its time to contol the flow of money transfers, both in and out of Gaza. GWB should send some retired FEDERAL RESERVE dudes down there. |
