The government`s first responsibility is to defend law and order within or without or the people are correct when they cry out "There is no State." If the government refuses to pick up the bill for its own decisions (or refusal to take them) while the residents of Sederot are under fire, the town of Sederot should declare independence, call for volunteers across Israel, and begin building a militia and counter barrage weapons. If you don`t like that-- then buy out the beseiged who want to leave.
