"If they give they will get" is still Netanyahu`s main policy pillar. The PLO Charter *was* changed, at least by a hand count vote, and that was under Rabin. Please check your facts.
"Reciprocity", the technical term that Netanyahu labels his policy with, is *exactly* what has been lacking in all Palestinian negotiations since Bibi left office. No PM has, since Bibi, reached signed agreements with the Pals, because "scramble" style negotiations only tempt the Pals to go for it *all* (seeing the Israelis as hostage to timing) and never close the deal with a compromise. |
