| of Israel there is NO MILITARY SOLUTION to Gaza. No matter how many people get killed, there is NO MILITARY SOLUTION to Gaza. Why is it so hard for Israelis and Jews everywhere to understand this? Unless Israel is prepared to kill 1.5 million+ Gazans (~25% of the number of Jews killed by the Nazi), the random acts of violence will continue. Additionally, IF Israel starts to kill too many Gazans, the wrath of the world will descend on Israel and the US will be unable (or unwilling) to protect Israel. So change leaders, if you want, but whoever replaces Olmert will not be able to solve the problem militarily either. Basically Israel has been checkmated. Time to unconditionally negotiate with Hamas. Time to give up lots of land, water and cash for the future of Israel. |
