| ..the pope IMPROVED the prayer, which wasn`t too terribly offensive to begin with, and NOW the rabbis complain it may hurt relations?? If you think you have the one true religion, of course you want everyone else to have it too, if you don`t want them to go to hell, so you pray for their conversion. No skin off my nose-and if we Jews believe God`s plan for us is true, why would we worry about him answering such a prayer? |
