| The German Chancellor, is to my opinion one of the most outspoken and straight talking leaders of todays Europe. Her party may have suffered recent looses in certain states. It has left her totally unfazed. She is a survivor and that is where Olmert can bond. He too has survived by the skin of his teeth. Question is, what does he hope to achieve, for Merkel has already spelt out her plans vis a vis Iran. Maybe a three way meet with Sarkozy is more than on the cards.? |
