If the JA were not so blazingly incompetent and wastful of resourses there would be no need for private initiatives. After all of this time the JA still has a weakneeded effort in it`s Aliyah programs. And it has not enjoined the political scene to bring about governmental changes that would make Israel a more efficient and internally democratic western style state, rather than a sun drenched Bulgaria on the Med.
