The US even had a major ad campaign (before 1979) which said if Iran was willing to develop nuclear power plants for it`s energy needs than the US should also be willing to do the same because it was a good idea. Funny how the US has committed so many crimes and told so many lies that nothing that it says now holds water... like Israel...
