I wish the Palestinians had the savvy to wage unrelenting peace as Ghandi did.
Had they done so, the would already have a Palestine comprised of essentially everything outside of Israel`s 1967 borders.
I understand their frustration. I understand they have nothing to lose and fight back for honor and revenge.
But we have seen a suicide bomber blow up a 73 year old woman and now someone has torched a man in his 70s.
Perhaps some day the Palestinians will overcome their vanity and deal with reality.
They refuse to address the single strategic weakness of Israel, and though they are willing to suffer horrors and oppression, they are not willing to engage in the kind of sacrifice that could work.
There are decent Israelis. Stop serving the needs and desires of the worst, most brutal, oppressive, sadistic, and acquisitive Israelis by giving them the violence upon which they survive.
Give the decent Israelis the tools they need to do the decent thing.
Fight, but wisely. |
