surely there are possible interpretations of other serious clauses in the british legal system, that "likewise" could be used to counter such attempts.
at the same time, groups should start to use already existing british legislation (as well as likely coming one in near future, which will probably have stricter & clearer wording), to make frontal (i mean FRONTAL) assaults on explicit verbal support of terrorism in the media, notably from certain important muslim representatives who repeatedly & unashamedly appear on BBC.
at this point we should show sharper teeth than any of these clowns. make so much circus that they`ll think twice before considering any such move.
