| Harel may be right, but the plan would have to be cast iron proof, to ensure absolutely minimum military casualties. It cannot be the cak-handed mess that was Hizbullastan 1. The air force and army policy is good for now, because it kills the maximum number of Palestinian militants, at little or no risk to Israelis. |
