| Actually, the evidence has always been locally (and globally) that the elimination of the leaders has a direct impact on the cessation of the violence. Israel`s problem is that they have been pussyfooting around this rather than doing it. Your concerns might be "humane" but they are not effective. HUmane does not work during a war. |
