| G: "Not a single condemnation of Palestinian terrorism that killed and injured our civilians." Gili, I condemn it as an appalling crime, and I applaud the security forces for avoiding further carnage by shooting the 2nd terrorist. Happy now? Now how about considering the OTHER side of the coin, which is this: *IF* Israel continues a 40 year occupation *AND* its only attempt to alleviate the effects of that is it wall in entire poplns, throw away the keys, and then say "There. Nothing to do with me any more!!!" *THEN* this is simply going to continue on and on and on. And saying that isn`t to condone or applaud or encourage these sorts of attacks; it is simply to point out that IF Israel continues this policy THEN these acts will continue. Which leaves Israel with a choice; either decide the GAINS from occupation make the PAIN worthwhile, or decide to end the occupation of all the land that it captured in 1967 It`s Israel`s choice. |
