| ElBaradei is at first responsible to his muslim and arab umma. And second to his country Egybt. Then, possibly to the IAEA. Sofar he was unsuccessfull with the successful proliferation of nuclear know-how and materials from Pakistan and from Northkorea to Iran and possibly Syria. He is a threat to Israel. He would rather head IKEA but not IAEA. |
