| Most failures of war is not every soldier`s responsibility, it is the quality of the military authority that is giving the order. If the military authority/company leader/whoever issued the order is inept and out of depth, the order will produce disastrous results/failure. On the other hand, if the military authority is a tactical genius not impeded by anyone that immagines his `military superiority`, that that military authority will go far and achieve stunning results. |
