| The commander not only violated IDF rules and regulations, he then led his men into the occupied West Bank and in my opinion is also responsible for an act of attempted murder against the innocent civilian whom his unit attacked and left to die. The defenses argument is that normally the debriefings of soldiers taking part in official IDF operations are classified, yet this was not a sanctioned IDF operation, but a non sanctioned rogue kidnapping and assault upon civilians and thus those protections should not be extended to protect such criminal acts. |
