| Kind of surprising that a person whose incredible deeds comes from Great Britain. Sadly, the anti-semitism coming from Great Britain, even to this day, is worse than most of Europe. What country, next to Nazi Germany, has caused more Jewish deaths? The British closed off Palestine as a conduit for Jews to escape death at the hands of the Nazis - a millions could not be saved. Winton is an incredible exception to the British treatment of the Jews that has not improved much since WWII. |
