Hamas did nothing to stop them.You should know that Sderot is a half a mile away from Gaza through open terrain.So ask yourself, How could Hamas miss their target to the point that you`d have to laugh, 4295 times.How about a Psychological war where they scare the Israelis only half to death and Israel responds by targetting the people that fired the rockets.
