In all seriousness i do hope the traffic controllers only use English words with clarity and not mumble a mixture of hebrew words too.
Israelis are not blessed with clear articulate speech -many have speech impediments [ as seen with tv presenters]and gabble the words too fast -causing errors.
If necessary bring an elocution coach in English -as a first priority for the controllers .
God help us if you say -"yihiyeh beseder"
