| Having lived in Arab countries for many years of my life, I can tell you that they would definitely get a lot more than a slap on the wrist, unless you consider losing the skin on your back to an ice block covered in salt a slap on the wrist. The Egyptian people may want to see Israeli tourists murdered, but the Egyptian establishment definitely doesn`t. They enjoy too much the perks they get from being at peace with Israel (perks not just in terms of not having to fight a much more powerful country, but also the aid it gets from the US and elsewhere). No, these guys will wish they`d been caught by Israel instead of Egypt. |
