| have been exploited by men all over the world. It isn`t just in Israel. I think this article needs to add more information on which segments of employers are doing the hiring and the discrimination. Employers found guilty need to be taken to court and forced to make changes. Gender bias is not necessarily racism. Working in the construction field, I have gone through some of that bias myself. I filed charges in Civil Rights Court. I also won my case!! |
