An anglophone could not understand the French symbolism so it was rewrittien. However, the words in both langauages speak about the love of Canada. Israel is the land of the Israelites. The Jews. No more no less. Arabs should accept that, or move back to where ever the came from. Remember Arafat, the son of Jerusalem? He was born in Egypt. In the French version, the original, Jews and Muslims, do not like singing about the Cross. Jews and Muslims either keep their mouths shut, or sing the words. Arabs in Israel do the same! |
