| Ask some woman in similar situations. Especially those without education or qualifications. It happens all over the globe and Arab women are no exception to this. If you are talking of Arab employers in the Arab area of Nazareth - then get to the employers, they are responsible. In Jerusalem employers do not get away with this as easily but in communities hard to penetrate it is often done underhand. |
