After the impotent, useless Winograd report, a very large proportion of Israelis like myself are still in a state of shock and grief that Olmert has been given a chance to stay in power.
Mr. Barak, all eyes are upon you. You are the linchpin that is keeping this government in place. It is time to remove yourself from the government and cause its downfall. A great number of the public respects you, but if you choose to stay in power, you are going to lose that respect. Mr. Netenyahu, the best mouthpiece in Israeli politics will have a field day cutting you down if you choose to stay in power. Don`t do it. Serve your country`s interest first. This is your moral obligation to the nation. |
