That he abandonned injured children for 10 hours besieged by pal mob in Hebron Hills is news for me ,but his attitude could be read from his blogging at JP some years ago where he amongst others defended releasing terrorists.

After the Lebanon War he had admitted "We,the IDF Command had failed" and got rewarded by nomination to Military Attache in Washington.
