| 1. If these Jewish organisations are allowed to claim ownership of property in East Jerusalem then the Palestinians should be allowed to have all of their land back in Israel/Palestine. 2. Moskovitch did not buy the property known as the Sheperd Hotel, he paid key money to the previous tenants. By law, he cannot build anything on it without the real owners` consent, the Husseini family. But then again the law can be twisted in favour of Jewish only colonisation! |
