Haaretz is obviously spinning this to the benefit of Olmert.
Winograd said
1. The first report is an equal part of the total report. That report says "Olmert failed".
2. The second report,while not mentioning Olmert by name, it did say that the government failed. Who is "the government" if not the Prime Minister? |
