You can not fight Terrorist like a conventional WAR.
They do not come out and fight, they hide within the civilian areas that support them using them as shields from attacks.
They lay bombs and rockets on timers and wireless detonators.
Until someone has the balls to level city blocks this is a WAR that can never be won.
