| Chazak V Aematz description is alas a pure fantasy. No rational person, regardless of their ethnic background or political view can regard Israel as a "peaceful state", for Israelis or their neighbors. I only wish it was so. To Ron, yes there has always been a Jewish presence in Israel / Palestine, but many of the Jews that Mark Twain observed all those years ago were non-zionist, and saw Zionism as a threat to their way of life. This is often forgotten. |
