So today this guy wants to keep his son from going to Lebanon, tomorrow he will keep him from guarding in the West Bank, and the next day keep him home because of a family event "that is more important".
When will it stop??
While I feel for him at the loss of his son, I question his selfish judgement. Would he have felt the same about the war if he DIDN`T lose his son?? Would he have been the first to give up Jerusalem in 1948 and take Arabic lessons at Berlitz?? Is he ok with the Army just as long as his family doesn`t suffer? Tell that to victims of terror.
To the Lebanese...you claim Israelis died for nothing...but you sent your own sons to fire rockets on Israeli civilians, hide weapons and fighters among you, supported cross border attacks on Israel during peace time, and wonder why you got the sh*t kicked out of you in return. |
