| Israel is sliding, sliding in a backwards fashion. Leadership is the missing thing, and a real historical perspective. Israel was at its greatest when it relied on the Scriptures, and the power of prayer. David was the greatest earthly King precisely because he relied on God, prayer and the Scriptures. A Land give away is in the offing because so many Jews have abandoned the first commandment in the Bible: be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth. There wasn`t a racist bone in David`s body. He took all men on face value. Follow his example, read the Scriptures, pray and treat all men, women and children justly and mercifully. God is the God of the Universe and of all people. Xenophobia comes from the non-biblical law that one is only a Jew if one`s mother is a Jew. God says: Call my people Israel, an Israelite is a descendant of Jacob without regard to whom one`s mother is. A Bible read people are healthy and happy, and they should treat their neighbors justly. |
