When victory is grasped, war heroes are idolized. When wars produced drastic losses, who is to be blamed? The Prime Minister? If so, why hire the Defense Minister and the Knesset to pass the war authorization to activate the IDF?
The responsibility should not solely rest on the head of goverment when the Knesset must also shoulder the burden for passing any defeated tactical IDF manouver as such manouvers can only be enforced only after it has pass through the Knesset for authorization. As we all know, no commando raids or military action cannot proceed without the authorization of the Knesset assembly no matter how tactically feasible or how idiotic it may be, the war responsibility must be fully focused on the fundamentals of the authorization system of the Israel government.
If the blame cycle must continue, then blame it fully on the government`s failure to revamp the Knesset assembly of incompetent senators who voted for the Lebanon War. |
