Uzi, please explain that one. How in God`s name does that constitute a war crime?
I don`t like the implications of this ruling, but the High Court is generally objective and has no anti-Arab objective. I agree with Shimon Peres on this one. There were probably no legal grounds on which to indict the policemen. I`m sorry if this upsets Arab citizens, but anger and hurt do not make a case.
Then again, Israel haters don`t understand issues of technicality. No matter what Israel does, it`s racist in their eyes. |
