| Don`t you think the Germans had *something* to do with the "Jewish" remembrance day? As time goes by and fewer Germans remain who were direct witnesses to the Holocaust (which decimated 90% of my family), it is critical that the next generation remember this clearly...after WWI, no one thought the Germans could ever bring the horror of war upon Europe, but 20 years later they were at it again, with a vengeance. This generation of Germans needs to know of the horrors the prior generation committed, and ONE measly day of the year is the very least they could do to remember. Boo hoo, they can`t have a parade that day. Give me a break indeed. |
