| POP the only business Israel has in Gaza is stopping the firing of Qassam missles on its civilian population. The amount of stupidity I read here in these talkbacks every day makes me wonder why I even bother. THE TRUTH is the people of Gaza, not unlike the millions of Arabs throughout the world need to get over themselves and their constant complaining of victimization that that is why their lives are so miserable. One only has to look at places like West Africa and The PRC, countries and regions that suffered for hundreds of years of colonialism, to build first world economies and give hope for a better future to more then a billion people world wide. It reminds me of what Barack Obama said yesterday...(I will paraphrase here and insert relavant context) This is not a conflict between Arab and Jew, between East and West, between rich and poor, this is a battle between the past and the future. That choice is for the Palestinians and the Palestinians ONLY to make. |
