| "..am sure most of the Israeli readers have amnesia about the massacres of Sabra and Shatila"(Sabah) It seems that you are the one with selective amnesia. The way I recollect it is that Sabra and Shatila was carried out by Maronite Christians in revenge for earlier massacres of their own people by Pal terrorists. Now, don`t get me wrong, I don`t absolve Israel and Sharon from culpability. They shouldn`t have allowed the situation to occur but there is a world of difference between that and actually carrying out the evil deeds. And you also seem to have selective amnesia about what happened in the 2000 riots. As Druze boy correctly pointed out, the 13 deaths were triggered out by a RIOT started by a Pal mob, in which they attacked MURDERED an innocent Israeli motorist whose only crime was that he was a Jew who was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Last but not least Sabah, have you heard about the cartoon riots in various Muslim countries? How many there got killed by the police? And how many Muslim policemen got convicted for the killings? Just putting Things into perspective Sabah! |
