| At last some truth and clarity from Gideon Levy. The protesters, most especially the army experts, have-no-clothes, but no one has the guts to say say so. They are fueled by militant right-wing ideology and are making a bid for future jobs. And at the same time, probably the most culpable of all, the ex-chief-of-staff, escapes the fray and already sits secure in a new future. If a culprit is sought, and a victim is needed, they should be marching on the transport ministry where they`ll find the man responsible for "building up" the IDF into what it was on the eve of the 2nd Leb War. At least Olmert-Livni-Barak have learned hard chastizing lessons, are listening hard to what all sides have to say, and are already actively engaged in ensuring a secure future with something like peace-with-our-neighbors on the horizon. They need and deserve encouragement amd support, and constructive criticism, not the destructive intentions of the protesters. |
