| Most of us support Obama for our children. As far as I am concerned, if more young Americans get involved and believe they have power politically, there is a chance for this country. Obama inspires young people. We are sick of war and sick of being lied to and being manipulated and being told to be afraid all the time. Being older I will wait and see whether Obama will be in AIPAC`s pocket. I hope not. Meanwhile, I see young people, white, non-white and mixed more motivated than I remember for a long, long time. I don`t trust Hillary Clinton nor do I support dynasties in democratic governments whether its father/son or husband/wife. It smacks of monarchy. Lets see what the rest of the country thinks. My household split our votes, one for Obama and one for Edwards. Edwards has not accepted any money from corporations or PACs. Obama moves the young. Clinton got most of her votes from people over age 65. We are sick of war and sick of paying for other`s wars. |
