| When Rachel Corrie, a Palestinian volunteer from Oregon, threw herself under a bulldozer that was demolishing houses and was killed the radical left strongly protested. There were demonstrations by Solidarity, the radical group that sent her to her death, a foundation in her name, a play that even reached Broadway, a web site etc. Google it in Madrid or where ever you are. Nowhere did any of those say "supporting the Palestinians comes with a price". Because the issue is not Rachel or Carlos. The issue is that killing Jews or those who support them is OK. It is a crime to harm those who support the Palestinian cause, support of the Palestinians should not come with a price. The world watches while Qassams fall on Sderot and snipers kill human beings who volunteered and feels that it is OK, a price for Israel`s right to exist. No media coverage, no journalists and no plays on Broadway. But if Israel kills armed terrorists about to launch Qassams from Gaza there is wide condemnation. |
