The Palestinians had a choice. Allow all to live or to kill all the Jews in the land of Israel. They plainly stated that they would rather have the Jews dead then live with them in a democratic state where all would have equal rights. The Partition gave less then 30%+the Negev desert to the jewish state which had at the time about 650000 Jews and 300000 or so Arabs. The rest was to be an Arab state with NO NO NO Jews. The Arabs had a choice. They chose the evil way.
So who commited the crimes? They kept vowing to destroy Israel and "Throw the Jews into the sea" untill 1990 where the PLO started discussing the possiblity of peace with Israel.
Shortly after 1967, Israel offered to return all territories in return for peace. There was the Hartum meet of the Arab league and out came the 3 no-s of Hartum. No peace and no recognition. Who is the criminal.
And now you want Israel to retreat to totally undifencible rediculos borders of the parttition.
