Your feeling that there are some "crimes" commited by Jews who wanted to come and peacefully settle in the Land of Israel without displacing any one reflects your lack of knowledge of what happened.
The Balfur declaration and the San Remo agreements which followed it stated clearly that the rights of all in the Middle East had to be respectd and the Zionist movement accepted that. There was never any intent to displace a single Palestinian or take away the rights of any Palestinian. In 1947 There were 650000 Jews in the Land of Israel. The UN partitioned the country so that a tiny piece of land consisting of less then 30% of the coutnry + the Negev desert where there were very few people will become the state of Israel. It was a way for all to live and all to have their rights. The Arabs rejected this very just and simple solution. They vowed to destroy Israel and not to allow Jews to live in this area. |
