| I am not an Israeli, but a palestinian living in East Jerusalem. The dimorgraphic beast is always haunting the Israeli leaders and therefore, Israel will continue jumping in its place. If I was an Israeli leader, I would seriously consider your advice, but I guess the narrow scope that Israeli leaders use to resolve social and other problems, is the same one they use to view, address and resolve the political conflict with the palestinians. If I were an Israeli leader, I would be spending more money on education and education for peace, i would build an infrastructure for a peace settlement, i would invest more on inclusivness rather than exculusivness. I would build a real democracy, to make everybody feel proud to be Israelis. But alas, Israel has no such leaders that would place the real PEACE for the real (jew, christian or moslim, druze, etc)and not potential citizen at the top of the agenda. |
