So the Palestinians are not "innocent victims". They are "guilty victims". Just like the girl who was raped was found guilty for being raped, or for being a girl, or for happening to walk along that lane on that fateful day !!
We the Palestinians cannot be the "masters of our own destiny" - easy words -when you are suffocating us by sitting over our nostrils in the West bank and Gaza. We tried to take hold of our destiny after Oslo, but you wouldn`t let go = you want to control our borders, our sea, our water, our air we breath and most of all you built 90% of your settlements AFTER Oslo. When you decide the limit of your borders, when you decide to say enough, when you re-write the history of your "independence", when you take out the two blue stripes from your flag (Euphrates and Nile)- even then we will have no chance because by then you would have gobbled your belly full of OUR destiny. Your homeland dream was built on the ruins of our homeland. Because you planned it that way. |
