| This article had a misleading header on an icon linking to it. It calls the writer an "American Yeshiva Student". This technically correct, the writer attended the Shechter Conservative Yeshiva, which indeed calls itself a yeshiva. The point is that the Left is trying dig up Orthodox Jews and American Jews who support Olmert`s policy of dissecting Jerusalem and regressing to the pre-1967 suffocated city divided by barbed wire, minefields and anti-sniper walls. By using the term "Yeshiva student", many or even most readers would assume that the writer is Orthodox, since 99.99% of the yeshivot in the world are Orthodox. This is incorrect, the writer is not claiming to be Orthodox. The vast majority of Orthodox, both National Religious and Haredi oppose dividing and tearing up the city. We demand: Truth in Advertising. The writer is entitled to his opinion but to misleadingly imply he is speaking for a group he does not belong to is inappropriate. |
