Title:Albania is not a "Muslim" state

This is erroneous and you should be more exact. Albania is the only state in the balkans where religion is not the major factor in defining identity. Albanians are approx. 70% Muslim, 20% Albanian Orthodox and 10% Roman Catholic. Before the Ottoman conquest, they were entirely Christian. So they can hardly be called a "Muslim" state.
