So they want to create a single state in the former British Mandate Area - with an arab muslim majority (about 5.5 mio. Israeli Jews vs. about 1.5 mio. Israeli Arabs, 4 mio. Arabs living in the PA territories and an unknown number of Palestinians currently living elsewher ("refugees") who would move to the new state).
This would mean the end of the state of Israel (and its replacement by a predominately arab muslim state which would certainly be called "Palestine"). The Jews would be, again, merely a minority in a state with a hostile (anti-jewish) majority. An approval of the Jews to a one-state solution like this would be equivalent to the collective suicide of Israel`s Jews - I can`t imagine this.
This scenario will never be implemented. I don`t believe that it`s possible. |
