When the majority of the H.Court refused to let pal spouses from the WB&Gaza to settle in Israel,Barak was hollering against the decision.
Judge Cheshin said then " Barak would accept 100s dead from terror in order to be able to say "But we upheld the "Human Rights"!".
It was one of the rare occasions when the majority of the H.Court went against debilitating influence of Barak.
